​KAZUSA MATSUYAMA

Born in 1992 Born in Tokyo Moved to England from the age of 16 and returned to Japan in 2016 before working as a painter. After holding his 2017 solo exhibition "Wa" in Tokyo, his works were exhibited in Los Angeles and New York in 2019, and he has been highly evaluated by local gallery officials and collectors, and he is expanding his range of activities both in Japan and overseas. From 2020, he released an abstract portrait work that represents the "Anonymous Portrait" series. Pursuing not only sorrow but also beauty hidden in the essence.
